SUITABILITY

Horses with Standard/Medium Wither Profiles: While the adjustable gullet system accommodates various widths, the overall tree design is generally best suited for horses with average or medium-height withers.

Horses Needing Good Shoulder Freedom: The swept-back tree points are a significant benefit for horses that require maximum freedom of movement in their shoulders, which is essential for jumping performance.

Horses with Medium to Slightly Curved Backs: The broad, wool-flocked panels allow for adaptability to different back shapes, from relatively flat to moderately curved.

Horses Whose Shape Changes: Due to its easily adjustable gullet system and wool flocking, it's an excellent choice for young horses still developing, horses in varying levels of work, or those that change shape seasonally.

Essentially, if you have a horse with a fairly standard build that needs good shoulder clearance and you appreciate the flexibility of an adjustable saddle, the Kent & Masters S-Series Jump is a strong contender.

Forward-Cut Flaps & Moveable Blocks: The flaps are shaped to support the rider's leg in a shorter jumping position, and Velcro-backed knee and calf blocks allow for customizable support to suit different leg lengths and positions.

New Tree Design: It features a tree with longer, swept-back points. This design is crucial for supporting the front of the saddle while allowing freer shoulder movement for the horse.

Broad Panels: The panels are designed to provide maximum surface contact with the horse's back, promoting even weight distribution.

Adjustable Gullet (R-Bar): Like all Kent & Masters saddles, it has a changeable gullet bar system (specifically the R-Bar for this model). This allows the saddle's width to be easily adjusted by a saddle fitter to accommodate changes in the horse's wither profile and shape over time.

100% British Wool Flocking: The panels are flocked with natural wool, which molds quickly to the horse's shape and can be easily adjusted for a precise fit.
