2. Once your order is received we will send out an electronic Hire Agreement for you to authorise, we may also require a valid form of identification.
3. We will send your accessory within 24 hours (excluding weekends) and give you a tracking number. 
4. Once you get your accessory, you can have fun using it with your horse for the trial period. 
5. When the trial is over, just pack the accessory in its original box and send it back to us using the prepaid label.
6. If you want to purchase the product you trialed then let us know and we will discount the hire off the purchase price.
